    • Did you see our BRAND NEW Athletic Podcast last week?  The EJCHS Blue Pride Podcast is a weekly athletic podcast created to highlight our athletic programs, and build community support, pride and excitement.  It is available through Anchor.fm links and on Spotify.  Links for the weekly podcasts will work each Thursday morning at 6:00 am so you can listen on your way to school!  The first episode featured Senior Gary Maddox and Coach Cameron Pettus.  https://bit.ly/BluePridePodcastEpisode1

    • AP students should register for AP exams, beginning September 1st.  Reach out to your AP teacher or our AP Coordinator, Ms. Jean Wall (jawall@jcss.us) with questions.
    • The deadline to sign-up for FBLA Day at Six Flags is September 7th.  For more information, email Dr. Hobgood at chobgood@jcss.us or stop by his room at Empower (E1). 
    • Students interested in participating in tennis should complete the Tennis Interest Form or contact Coach Cofield.
    • Any 11th or 12th-grade student interested in applying for Junior Leadership Jackson should contact Denise Backus (dbackus@jcss.us).  The deadline to apply is September 9th.

    • Parents, please be sure you have completed the Annual Verification and Acknowledgement of First Day Papers if you have not already done so.  Directions for completing this online can be found at the bottom of the first-day paperwork page on the JCSS website:  https://www.jacksonschoolsga.org/Page/1936.  For your convenience, both English and Spanish versions of the documents and forms are provided.
    • Chromebook insurance can be purchased today through September 9th.  Click  HERE for a QR code to purchase your insurance today.
    • SchoolPay will be the only way to complete transactions related to school services, including school nutrition, fundraisers, parking passes, club dues, and dance tickets this year.     • Eagle Families: Please be reminded of the MCV4 Vaccine Booster requirement for students that are 16 and older and entering 11th Grade. Updated vaccine records should be returned to our school nurse, Ms. Tamara Freeman.
